How much does shipping cost?

At this time, we are only accepting subscriptions from residents that live in the U.S.A. If you are in another country please sign up for our mailing notifications. We will communicate as soon as shipping is available to other countries.

Shipping is free. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground on the 5th day of the month. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

How do you decide which items are sent for each particular subscriber?

We utilize a proprietary algorithm and in house functional experts to decide which clothing items from our lines best fit our individual subscribers. We’ll take into account industry trends, size, body type, color preferences, and special requests submitted by our users.

Where are the items made?

Our in-house branded products are manufactured and assembled in the United States of America. Third party items are manufactured around the globe.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery.

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

Our subscribers are free to pause or cancel at any time. We will mail a confirmation on the 1st of the month and subscribers will have until the 4th to cancel their shipment. Once shipment has been processed and sent, subscribers are free to exchange their items or CONZÚL can process a subscription cancellation/pause for the following month.

CONZÚL will gladly exchange an item for an item in the proper size. Before sending the item back, please reach out to us at info@conzul.com, within 2 days of receipt of your shipment, so we can assist with mailing. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached. CONZÚL must receive the returned item within 7 days of return authorization.

I do not live in the U.S.A. Can I order online?

At this time, we are only accepting orders from residents that live in the U.S.A. Please sign up for our mailing newsletter to keep abreast of expansion news.

I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?

During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email after 1 hour, please check your junk mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us using the contact form with your order number and last name and we will re-send your confirmation.

When are particular items released?

Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please sign up for the CONZÚL newsletter. From there you will be able to subscribe to receive email alerts with announcements.
