Returns & Exchanges
At CONZÚL, we create products that help you perform better, play better and feel better. Whether you’re using our shorts on the street or the court, or our hoodies in the studio or on the field, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your conzul.com purchase, for any reason, please contact us, so we can help address any issues.
Subscribers receive a shipment confirmation e-mail on the 1st of the month and are free to cancel or pause their subscription until the 4th of the month. We do not accept returns on individual items, however, we will replace an existing individual item for a different size. Subscribers are free to return a complete box shipment for a full refund (minus shipping costs), within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unused and/or undamaged.

Return by mail
We are sorry that it didn’t work out. Please contact us at email@example.com, so we can provide your free return shipping label. Items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.
Once we provide a shipping label, please:
- Attach the shipping label to the box. Cover up any previous delivery addresses or barcodes on the box.
- Drop your labeled return shipment at any UPS Store or UPS drop-off location.
*Please note to utilize free returns on conzul.com, the package must be sent from physically within the United States. Please note that the return label is not valid through USPS for APO/FPO returns.
If you are the recipient of a subscription gift from our website and want to return it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or our LiveChat feature. We will notify the gift sender of subscription cancellation request.
Need to make a change? Please contact us at email@example.com, or our LiveChat feature. We’ll help expedite a more appropriate size.
We will process your return within 7-10* business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do not refund shipping charges.
*During peak seasons please allow up to 15 business days for your return to process.
Product quality claim
If you believe you have a defective CONZÚL product that was received in the last two years, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or our LiveChat feature.
CONZÚL reserves the right to determine between defective product and normal wear-and-tear. We do not replace products exhibiting normal use.
